Purpose	Reject a transfer.

Preconditions	MERS partners has initiated transfer.

Parameters

Required	Parameter	Description
One of dpSid, mersMinNumber, or transferId is required	dpSid	The document profile SID containing the SMARTDoc.
	mersMinNumber	MERS MIN Number
	transferId	MERS Transfer ID
	rejectedReason	The reason for rejecting the transfer.
