Purpose To update data about the SMARTDoc within the MERS registry.

Parameters

Required Parameter Value Description
required dpSid The document profile SID containing the eNote.
borrower[#].firstName At least one borrower is required for the assumption and must include borrower[#].firstName AND borrower[#].lastName OR borrower[#].businessName.
borrower[#].lastName At least one borrower is required for the assumption and must include borrower[#].firstName AND borrower[#].lastName OR borrower[#].businessName.
borrower[#].businessName At least one borrower is required for the assumption and must include borrower[#].firstName AND borrower[#].lastName OR borrower[#].businessName.
signatureId Populates the Id attribute of the Signature element and Target attribute of Signature Property element.
timestampId Populates Id attribute of SignatureProperty element, representing the timestamp of the signature.
